So, I was in charge of Pies at Tim's family Christmas Eve party as well as my family Christmas day brunch. 10 pies total which may not sound like a huge accomplishment for most of you but for the little Payne's and I it was! Theo "helped" by first wrapping the entire kitchen in wax paper and then dusting it all with flour so... you know the pie crust wouldn't stick.
